Processing time: An announcement will be made via social media (Facebook and Instagram) about the availability to purchase all of our products. The website will be open for customers to place an order until either 1) the items are sold out or 2) the sale comes to an end (as specified in the announcement, if applicable). Once the sale ends, your order will be made to order and available for pick up or delivery within 48-72 hours of the end of the sale. Our products change regularly, so be sure to check our website often for the availability of items for sale on our site. Digital recipes are always available for ordering on our website and the download is available immediately upon purchase.
Order notifications: Communications about your order will be via text message and/or email, so please ensure your phone number and email address are correct at checkout.
Local Pick-up: Free local pick up is available at our home in Avalon Park in East Orlando (32828 zip code). The address will be provided when you're notified your order is ready for pick up via text or email.
Local Delivery: Delivery is only available within the 32828 Orlando zip code, including Avalon Park, Stoneybrook, Eastwood, and Waterford Lakes.
Shipping via USPS: All items are baked to order upon receipt of your order, so please allow 48-72 hours for your order to be made. Once it's made, it will be packaged and a mailing label will be created. Shipping is only available within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). All items will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) based on availability of the service. Items will be shipped via Priority (2 to 3 days) or Ground Advantage (2 to 5 days) if the standard shipping option was chosen at checkout and via Express (overnight to 2 days) if Express Shipping was chosen at checkout. A tracking number will be provided once the mailing label is created. Please allow extra time for delivery during holidays or busy baking seasons.
